Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa where the context requires.

Eligibility

To register and maintain a gem999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gem999 is strictly an adults-only platform and applies this threshold in line with responsible gaming best practice for the Indonesian market.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and automated accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing gem999 account. The Platform operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Accounts must be funded and operated solely by the registered account holder.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of gem999 or any of its affiliated game-studio or payment-processing partners.
• You must confirm that online gaming is not explicitly prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you access the Platform entirely at your own risk and legal discretion.

Account Registration

Registration on gem999 is free of charge. To create an account, you must complete the gem999 registration form, providing all mandatory fields accurately. gem999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique username and must set a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gem999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

The following registration rules apply:

• You may only register one account. If gem999 detects that you have registered multiple accounts — including accounts opened using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited without notice.
• Your registered name must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatched names will trigger a compliance review and may delay or permanently block withdrawals.
• You must keep your contact details current. gem999 will use your registered email address and phone number for all account communications, including security alerts and promotional offers. gem999 is not liable for communications not received due to outdated contact details.
• Your password must not be shared with any third party. gem999 will never ask for your full password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any request of this nature should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• gem999 may require completion of KYC verification at any time — not only at the point of withdrawal. Players who have not yet completed KYC may have deposits restricted or betting limits applied at gem999's sole discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on gem999 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). gem999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

Accepted Payment Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja); Rp 50.000 for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others).
• Deposits are credited to your gem999 account in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected after 10 minutes, contact live chat support with your transfer receipt.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be flagged for compliance review.
• gem999 reserves the right to limit, delay, or refuse any deposit that triggers an internal fraud or anti-money-laundering alert.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Higher amounts may be processed in multiple tranches at gem999's discretion.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering controls.
• Average BCA and BRI withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including during Indonesian public holidays.
• First withdrawal from any account requires successful completion of KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification if account details have changed or a security flag has been raised.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the outstanding Bonus Balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

gem999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion in question, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this clause, the promotion-specific term prevails.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, single-account holders in good standing only. gem999 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, with or without explanation.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed on certain games (typically low-edge table games, live casino, and certain crash titles) may contribute at a reduced rate — typically 10% — toward wagering requirements. • Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account will expire automatically and be removed without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active and has not met its wagering requirement may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is Rp 200.000. Bets exceeding this limit during an active wagering requirement may result in the Bonus Balance and all associated winnings being voided.
• No-Deposit Bonuses: Where gem999 offers a no-deposit bonus, the maximum withdrawable amount derived from that bonus is capped as specified in the promotion terms. No-deposit bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 50×.
• Abuse and Fraud: gem999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, and collusion. Any account found to be abusing promotions will have its bonus balance voided and may be permanently closed.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the gem999 platform — including slots, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, and crash games — operate under their own game-specific rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before wagering.

gem999 exclusively partners with game studios that use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. • gem999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or result manipulation, regardless of the displayed outcome.
• Maximum winnings per single bet or per session may be subject to caps published in the relevant game's rules page. No win that exceeds a published cap will be paid, regardless of the displayed amount.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gem999 platform. Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software exploits, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to process proceeds of crime, or depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or tournaments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or game errors. If you discover a bug that results in unintended winnings, you are obligated to report it to gem999 support immediately. Any winnings derived from an exploited bug are void.

• Allowing a third party to operate your account, including sharing login credentials or allowing another person to fund or withdraw from your account.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose in a defined period. Once reached, further play is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 months. Your Real Money Balance is preserved and remains withdrawable during the suspension.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gem999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any gem999 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any gem999 software or game engine.

gem999 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
• Any action taken by a Player in reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error, provided gem999 acts promptly to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials, including losses caused by unauthorised third-party access to an account where such access was facilitated by the Player's own negligence.
• Any losses arising from a Player's decision to use the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be contrary to local law. Players access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gem999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account Suspension & Termination

gem999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if gem999 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour toward the Platform or other players.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Continuing to maintain the account would expose gem999 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months. Dormant account balances will be held for a further 12 months before being subject to dormancy processing in accordance with gem999's internal policy.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, gem999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, the Real Money Balance will be refunded to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of any required compliance checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting gem999 live chat support. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours. All pending withdrawals will be honoured subject to standard KYC and compliance checks.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gem999 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through gem999's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

gem999 acknowledges that its primary user base consists of players in Indonesia. Indonesian players are reminded that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, and that accessing and using the gem999 platform is done at each player's own discretion and legal risk. gem999 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction.

Amendments

gem999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. Continued use of the gem999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
